Paula Connolly, a co-ordinator of the Cat Action Team’s “Feed the Ferals” Program, with the assistance of Debbie Reid, a CAT Board member, held a yard sale/cat food drive, with a twist – buyers could pay for their yard sale purchases with a cat food donation, or cash (for cat food).
Thank you to everyone who donated cat food prior to, and during, this event. The colony cats will appreciate your kindness.

“The Bloomin’ Momma,” with help from Norma Millar, fund-raised for the Cat Action Team’s Feed the Ferals Program by offering craft items for sale. With the proceeds from their sales, she purchased cat food and then donated it to the Cat Action Team.

Vesey’s Bulbs Spring Fundraiser was held until late Apri

Thank you to Summerside Pet Valu and the public for your donations of cat food during the month of April!
March 18th, Pet Valu (Summerside) invited the public to have their children’s pictures taken with a real “Easter Bunny.” The children could also have their faces painted to look like their favourite pet.
Pet Valu collected donations of pet food and supplies for the Cat Action Team and Keeping Cats Homed.
Thank you to Joe and Heather Millar of Colour Blind Boutique for their donation of several bags of cat food to CAT’s The Donna Hickox Feed the Ferals Program, a portion of the proceeds from their annual Art for Animals fundraiser.
Thanks to their continuing generosity, several outdoor cats in our communities will be provided with needed food.
